Each month we also get in a call to check on your progress and make any adjustments to your program if needed. Finally, you'll also get support from our community group chat throughout your entire journey for extra motivation. I grew up with dance for 13 years, and after leaving it found it difficult to find a routine that worked for me. After moving to New York and feeling intimidated by costly meals and a packed schedule, I found out a way to integrate healthy habits into my life without excuses. My personal wellness journey came with the greatest gift of self-fulfillment and self-given energy that I dove deeper with qualifications in NCSF Certified Fitness. I got to a point where I became so passionate about sharing my life changing rituals, so I created AYAM: the workouts, yummy/quick meals, habits, and plans for anyone who feels ready to take a step for themselves.

I believe that wellness should be affordable, convenient, and holistic for anyone. I am here to connect with you and understand you to help you feel comfortable in your body and mind through the help of accountability, exercise, nutrition, and an amazing community.
